    At the Rosberg House, check-in time is from 3PM to 6PM. However, it is possible to check in earlier than the standard time frame, provided that your room is available. We kindly ask that you call or text 785-250-0508 with your estimated time of arrival (ETA). If you anticipate arriving later than 6PM, please let us know in advance. We will text check-in instructions to ensure a smooth and convenient arrival process.     The check-out time at is 11:00 A.M. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late departures. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us prepare for our next guests and maintaining the high standard of service for all visitors.   • What are the smoking policies?
    Smoking is allowed outside only. Absolutely no smoking is allowed anywhere inside the premises. If anyone is found to have smoked inside, they will be charged an additional $200 for cleaning and will be asked to leave. As a bed and breakfast that prioritizes a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to our smoking policies.   • Can I bring children to the Rosberg House?
    Although we love children, the Rosberg House is a getaway for Adults only. Guests must be 18 years or older to stay at our Bed and Breakfast. Our serene and tranquil environment is tailored to provide a peaceful escape for our adult guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.     The Rosberg House is a pet-free establishment. We kindly ask that you make prior arrangements for your pets. We strive to provide a tranquil and allergen-free environment for all of our guests, and as such, we do not allow pets on the premises.   • The use the outdoor pool?
    A: Yes, guests at The Rosberg House are welcome to use the outdoor pool, which is open approximately from May to September. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, so swimming is at your own risk. The pool is not heated, and we kindly ask that guests use the towels provided specifically for the pool, and not the room towels. Additionally, the use of the pool is reserved for paying guests only. We hope you enjoy your relaxing stay with us!
  • What are the breakfast serving hours?
    At Rosberg House, breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 9:30 am. Our breakfast menu includes freshly prepared dishes using locally sourced ingredients, and we cater to dietary restrictions with advance notice. Our goal is to provide a delicious breakfast experience that sets the tone for an enjoyable day for our guests.
  • What are the maximum occupancy?
    The maximum occupancy for renting as a Vacation Rental is 13 people. All bed and breakfast rates are based on double occupancy, with an additional charge of $25 per person in the room. It's important to note that only the Turret Suite is able to accommodate up to 4 guests. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, and these policies help us maintain that standard.
